Looks like a toy

When I first saw this insect with its small body of less than one centimeter, unique luster, and two-tone coloring, I thought it looked like a toy insect. It is cute and looks like it could be in the insect series of capsule toys.
They often feed on cucurbitaceous plants and are often seen on flowers.
