Small moth-like butterfly
The Skipper is small moth-like butterfly and has large black compound eyes. There are various types of them with different colors and patterns. The Straight Swift is characterized by white patterns lined up in a row on their outer wings. (Their Japanese name "Ichimonji" means lining up in a row.)
They are often seen sucking nectar from flowers, but they can also suck nutrients from bird droppings. I think big flowers look good on small bodies.
